Project
I was mentored by a postdoctoral researcher to better understand the role of glial satellite cells. The most important thing was to transcribe in a simple and understandable way what happens inside this group of cells. The lab wanted to share their expertise and highlight what they do by showing a short video in conferences and communicating through this video.

01 - UNDERSTAND
The main area is the research of glial satellite cells and their function. Therefore, we set up a principle of short looping videos that are first shown at conferences and then placed on the lab's website. The idea is to engage the user and make them want to learn more.
02 - Storyboard
Through storyboarding, I was able to present the idea of direct insertion into a group of glial satelite cells to better understand the different connections between them and the neuron. This enabled us to make some iterative corrections.

a single neuron.

Plan 2
Blurred background / zoom.

Plan 3
Zoom then cut to see inside the CSG and neuron.

Plan 4
Pause, then parallax: slight movement, animation of the small molecules that activate the cells (activate = light up), then de-zoom.
